About this role

Working remotely on a contract-to-hire basis, the Agile QA Tester will represent the testing discipline on an Agile Development Team, ensuring quality delivery through the execution and validation of manual and automated test cases. Key responsibilities Collaborate with Developers and Business Analysts to ensure quality delivery and improve testing processes Execute and validate manual and automated test cases based on user stories or requirements Identify and document defects during test execution and assist in creating automated tests Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in Information Technology At least 1 year of experience working on an Agile Team Experience creating automated tests and proficiency in SQL queries, API testing, and scripting languages Knowledge of P&C Insurance Policy Administration Systems, particularly Commercial Lines, is highly desirable Strong leadership skills and initiative in automation implementation
