About this role

To support order execution and customer supply chain activities for a high-volume Amazon business, the contract-to-hire Amazon Fulfillment Specialist will manage purchase orders, monitor fulfillment performance, and ensure accurate order processing in a fully remote setting, with a preference for candidates in the Eastern time zone. Key responsibilities Manage incoming Amazon purchase orders through Vendor Central, ensuring accurate processing from receipt to fulfillment Oversee the full sales order lifecycle, coordinating order entry, allocation, and shipment readiness within required timelines Track service performance metrics and partner with logistics providers to support timely movement of goods and resolve fulfillment issues Required qualifications At least 3 years of relevant supply chain or customer operations experience, including 2 years with Amazon order processes Hands-on experience using Amazon Vendor Central for managing purchase orders and fulfillment activities Strong background in order management, replenishment, and forecasting within a product-based or CPG environment Experience with ERP platforms such as NetSuite for order and inventory coordination Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting time-sensitive deadlines, especially on Mondays
