About this role

To lead security initiatives across the Americas, the full-time Americas Regional Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) will manage audit defense, risk assessments, and technical architecture reviews while owning the security risk and compliance program in a hands-on role. Key responsibilities Lead audit defense, risk assessments, and technical architecture reviews across the Americas Own the Americas security risk and compliance program, including policy, controls, and regulatory engagement Build relationships with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Internal Audit while preparing for regulatory and licensing engagements Required qualifications Solid grounding in GRC and risk management, preferably from a regulated industry Technical depth to engage in architecture and risk discussions with engineers Proven track record of curiosity and self-directed learning Confident communication skills with executives and regulators Ability to work effectively in a lean team and adapt to ambiguity
