About this role

Analityk Biznesowy Square One Resources Daily tasks: - Gather and translate business & regulatory requirements into system specifications - Define end-to-end transaction lifecycle (matching, settlement, reconciliation, exceptions) - Support delivery across multi-stream projects in complex environments - Design and validate settlement workflows across multiple infrastructures - Manage transaction statuses (matched, pending, failed, settled) - Define exception handling for unmatched trades & failed settlements - Oversee settlement & payment instructions (incl.

Sorbnet) - Define integrations with KDPW, Clearstream, NBP (Sorbnet), Bloomberg TOMS - Work with messaging technologies: Kafka, MQ, AMQP, FIX, SFTP - Ensure auditability, tracking & resend capabilities - Support XML message processing & validation - Define end-of-day reconciliation processes - Implement discrepancy detection & audit trails - Support regulatory & operational reporting (Excel, CSV, PDF) - Enable historical 'as-of' views for audit & investigation - Ensure compliance with CSDR (incl.

settlement penalties) - Maintain full audit trail across transactions & messaging - Support maker-checker workflows Musts: Calypso, Kafka, MQ, FIX, AMQP, SFTP, XML, Murex, KDPW, bond issuance, System integration, IBM MQ, Stakeholder management, Communication skills Strong experience in securities post-trade, settlement, custody, or securities operations Experience with bond issuance processes and debt securities lifecycle management Good understanding of Polish capital markets infrastructure and KDPW-related issuance processes Solid understanding of capital markets instruments (bonds, equities, repos) Experience working with capital markets platforms such as Calypso, Murex, or similar front-to-back systems Hands-on experience with system integration in banking or financial services environments Knowledge of messaging technologies: Kafka, MQ, FIX, AMQP, SFTP Experience with XML and financial messaging standards Understanding of CSDR and post-trade regulations Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Support the design and implementation of a securities post-trade and settlement platform focusing on settlement processing, reconciliation, regulatory compliance (CSDR), and integrations with key market infrastructures such as KDPW, NBP (Sorbnet), and Clearstream.
