Providing leadership and strategic oversight for a portfolio of online programs, the full-time Associate Director will manage a team to ensure exceptional program execution and learner experience while working remotely. Key responsibilities Oversee program delivery operations and key success metrics, ensuring alignment with university partner expectations Lead and develop a team of program delivery professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement Design and implement data-driven automation solutions and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred 7+ years of experience in program delivery, EdTech, or online learning, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams Experience delivering programs for executive-level audiences Strong operational discipline with the ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously
