📋 Description Lead, coach, and develop Studio Operations team. Own workforce planning, staffing, and capacity across units. Improve processes, workflows, and standards to drive efficiency. Monitor studio health using capacity planning, workload, forecasting, and metrics. Escalation point for staffing, delivery, and workflow issues. Partner with Studio Leaders, PMs, Account and Creative teams to improve execution. 🎯 Requirements Lead operations or delivery teams in creative/agency/professional services.
