About this role

Backend Developer (Python/RoR) MindPal Sp. z o. o. Daily tasks: - Build and maintain backend components in Python (FastAPI, Django, or Flask). - Collaborate with experienced developers and PMs on production-ready features. - Work with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and modern tools like Docker. - Experiment with AI-powered tools and automation to improve development flow. - Participate in code reviews, knowledge-sharing, and R&D mini-projects.

Musts: Python, OOP, REST API, Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, AI 1+ year of commercial experience in backend development. Solid understanding of Python fundamentals (OOP, REST APIs, Git). Curiosity for learning new stacks — e.g. Ruby on Rails , TypeScript , or AI integrations . A love for side projects, hackathons , or student club initiatives . Problem-solving attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to explore how things work.
