About this role

Leading the Build business in a full-time remote capacity, the Manager of Build will design scalable systems, drive revenue growth, and manage a high-performing team of Project Managers while ensuring contractor network standards are met. Key responsibilities: Design and standardize systems for scaling the Build operations, eliminating bottlenecks, and implementing automation Own and drive accountability for Build revenue growth, forecasting performance, and addressing market underperformance Recruit, coach, and develop a team of Build Project Managers, setting clear expectations and fostering a culture of accountability Required qualifications: 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or business operations with P&L ownership 3+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams Proven track record of achieving and exceeding performance metrics Experience managing external partners or contractor networks Strong analytical skills, utilizing data and KPIs for decision-making
