Business Analyst Mindbox Sp. z o.o. Daily tasks: - Gather and analyze functional and non-functional requirements for both short- and long-term projects. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define outcomes, priorities, and actions. - Support data-driven decision-making through MI reporting in Credit Risk or Portfolio Management. - Work closely with offshore development, analysis, and testing teams. - Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to problem-solving initiatives.

Musts: Business Analyst, DevOps, Stakeholder management Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking domain. Strong understanding of Credit Risk or Portfolio Management reporting. Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work collaboratively in an international environment.
