About this role

Supporting application development activities, the full-time remote Business Analyst will translate stakeholder requirements into structured sprint deliverables for Dynamics 365 Customer Service and related business applications, while managing requirements documentation and user acceptance testing coordination. Key responsibilities: Facilitate requirements discovery and produce Requirements Summary documents for each sprint Develop Functional Design documents that translate business needs into application-level specifications Manage the sprint backlog and coordinate user acceptance testing with stakeholders Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience as a business analyst on application development or systems integration projects At least two years of experience supporting Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 implementations Proficiency with Azure DevOps or equivalent project tracking tools Strong knowledge of federal IT documentation standards and change control processes
