Business Analyst Stackmine Daily tasks: - Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional solutions - Collaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders within the Sales-to-Cash domain - Perform gap, feasibility, and impact analyses to support solution design - Define functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for delivery teams - Support Agile delivery by refining backlog items and providing functional guidance throughout development - Validate delivered solutions through testing and business acceptance - Deliver clear functional documentation and support end-user training and adoption Musts: SQL Master's degree in Engineering, IT, Digital Technologies, or a related field 10+ years of relevant professional experience Strong experience working in Agile environments and managing product backlogs Good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), software architecture, and REST APIs Practical knowledge of SQL/Oracle for data analysis Experience with CRM, Billing, or Sales-to-Cash processes Experience in the energy sector, preferably within the Polish market, is an advantage Fluent in Polish and English Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills Proactive, well-organized, and results-oriented mindset As an IT Business Analyst, you will act as the bridge between business needs and IT solutions, ensuring that business requirements are effectively translated into functional solutions.
