About this role

Business Analyst Link Group Daily tasks: - Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, including user stories, personas, and acceptance criteria. - Map and analyze business processes (BPMN) to identify opportunities for optimization and system improvements. - Perform fit-gap analysis of COTS/SaaS solutions, identifying configuration needs and integration requirements. - Define interface specifications and data mappings between applications and upstream/downstream systems.

- Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, and technical teams in an Agile environment, managing requirements through Jira and Confluence. - Maintain requirements traceability, manage change requests, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). - Work closely with business users, technical teams, and external partners to ensure successful solution adoption. - Support API discussions by understanding REST APIs, JSON structures, and data schemas to facilitate communication between business and development teams.

Musts: Business analysis, BPMN, COTS, SaaS, REST API, JSON, Jira, Confluence, Communication skills, Stakeholder management Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Agile software delivery projects. Strong skills in requirements elicitation, documentation, and business process modelling (BPMN). Experience performing fit-gap analysis for commercial (COTS/SaaS) solutions. Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and system integrations.

Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Nice to Have Experience with legacy system migration or large-scale system modernization projects. Experience working with laboratory, scientific, or highly regulated environments.
