About this role

Seeking a highly motivated Business Analytics Advisor in a full-time remote capacity, this role will manage advanced analytics initiatives, drive AI-enabled solutions, and enhance operational efficiency within the Payment Integrity team to improve claim accuracy and reduce fraud. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytical models and AI-driven solutions to enhance payment accuracy and operational efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize data processes and improve claim editing practices through data-driven insights Analyze healthcare claims data to identify trends and opportunities for reducing waste and enhancing claim performance Required Qualifications At least 3 years of hands-on experience in data mining and analysis using tools such as SAS, SQL, Python, or R Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field preferred 7+ years of experience in data analytics or data science, preferably within healthcare Strong understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning concepts Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau to communicate analytical findings effectively
