About this role

Administering the Corrigo CMMS platform, the full-time remote Business Operations Analyst will ensure optimal system performance, manage client partnerships, and drive data management and analytics to support facility management solutions. Key responsibilities Administer and optimize the Corrigo CMMS platform, ensuring data integrity and system performance Act as the primary technical advisor for clients, processing data requests and delivering training Maintain database accuracy and develop reporting solutions to provide performance insights Required qualifications Corrigo Platform certification with hands-on experience Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and data analysis Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to manage multiple complex projects Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) Experience in real estate or facility management operations (preferred)
