About this role

📋 Description Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and efficiency. Administer CRM, ERP, marketing automation, and internal tools. Troubleshoot system issues and drive process improvements. Leverage AI-powered tools for docs, reporting, and automation. Build and maintain dashboards and leadership reports. Support onboarding and enablement of employees with systems access. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years in business systems, revenue or sales ops in SaaS/tech.

Experience with Salesforce; admin experience helpful. Familiarity with HubSpot, NetSuite, or similar platforms. Exposure to system integrations/automation tools (Celigo, Zapier, Informatica). Strong analytical skills and ability to identify improvements.
