To support multiple cross-functional teams, the full-time Business Reporting Analyst II will manage business reporting solutions, mentor junior analysts, and ensure the timely delivery of accurate reports while working remotely. Key responsibilities Mentor Reporting Analyst I's to create new reporting and dashboard solutions that meet business needs Serve as a liaison between business and IT to provide technical direction for project requests Review IT UAT requests and ensure compliance with established reporting standards Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in retail positions such as Merch Planning, Buying, or Reporting Extensive knowledge of Merch Planning Systems and MicroStrategy BI or equivalent Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, Power Query, and Power BI Experience in building dashboards and business reporting Familiarity with retail systems like RMS and PO Management
