About this role

Providing legal counsel on a wide range of transactional real estate matters, the full-time California Licensed Real Estate Counsel will negotiate agreements, conduct legal research, and assess legal risks while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Conducts and oversees business-specific projects, applying deep expertise in real estate legal matters Participates in the creation, review, and negotiation of complex legal documents and contracts Assesses legal risks and provides strategic legal guidance to senior business stakeholders Required qualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) or equivalent legal degree Minimum five (5) years of experience as a practicing lawyer State Bar License from any state where the organization operates Experience with complex remediation and compliance projects preferred
