About this role

📋 Description Investigation and processing of chargeback claims across card networks. Validate data from multiple sources and ensure accurate responses. Provide guidance to stakeholders and ensure compliance with card scheme rules. Remote role supporting Paymentology customers across EMEA, LAC and Asia. Reports to the Chargeback & Disputes Team Lead. 🎯 Requirements Strong understanding of chargeback regulations and card scheme rules.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written English communication. Ability to analyse complex transaction data and documentation.
