Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Centralized Scheduler will accurately schedule procedures for ancillary departments while working remotely and maintaining a 98% accuracy rate for both scheduling and insurance assignment. Key responsibilities Accurately schedule procedures in accordance with physician orders and departmental policies Notify relevant departments of any schedule changes and provide patients with appropriate exam preparations Perform medical necessity checks and maintain productivity and customer service standards Required qualifications High School graduate or equivalent Previous scheduling experience in the medical field preferred General knowledge of medical terminology Proficient in typing Ability to work effectively in a remote call center environment
