About this role

To support efficient appointment scheduling, the full-time Centralized Scheduler will manage radiology appointments, handle insurance verification, and operate a multi-line phone system while working remotely within the CST time zone. Key responsibilities Manage scheduling of radiology appointments and obtain necessary insurance information Answer multi-line phone calls for multiple locations and handle incoming faxes Send out medical records and ensure smooth communication with patients and healthcare providers Required qualifications Preferred background in healthcare Experience with eClinicalWorks Practice Management System is advantageous Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high productivity environment Strong judgment and decision-making skills Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, physicians, and staff
