📋 Description Manage a panel of up to 225 patients via phone and electronic communication under supervision. Perform structured health assessments and follow patient care plans, recording notes and reminders. Create electronic alert escalations and notify clinicians based on clinical rules. 🎯 Requirements Must legally reside and work in the United States. Certified Medical Assistant / LPN / LVN credentials required.

Highly skilled with computers, software, and remote technology. Strong verbal, phone, written, and electronic communication skills. Ability to work remotely and independently outside a traditional office.
