About this role

Chef / Kitchen Assistant required for a property in Bishop’s Stortford, which offers a BBQ restaurant and smokehouse. They smoke and BBQ meats in American traditional smokers and Argentinian charcoal grill. As a Chef / Kitchen Assistant, you will be working at a junior level, as a 3rd member of the kitchen team. You will report to and support the Head Chef, and to the Second Chef , in both all the food preparation and kitchen operations.
