About this role

To support a growing operations and quality assurance team, the full-time Clinical Data and QA Coordinator will manage EHR-related projects, track daily productivity reports, and establish KPIs and QA plans while working remotely from RI, MA, NH, or NY. Key responsibilities: Collaborate with the QA Manager to review and clean data sets Act as project coordinator for Clinical Quality projects, including monitoring compliance and establishing KPIs Identify and troubleshoot EHR-related issues, ensuring efficient workflows for end users Required qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics Minimum 2 years of experience with EHR technical support and administration preferred Experience supporting behavioral health programming Extensive knowledge of computer programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook
