About this role

To support a growing operations and quality assurance team, the full-time Clinical Data and Quality Coordinator will manage EHR-related projects, track daily productivity reports, and establish KPIs while working remotely from RI, MA, NH, or NY. Key responsibilities: Collaborate with the QA Manager to review, quality check, and clean data sets Act as project coordinator for Clinical Quality projects, including establishing KPIs and monitoring compliance Identify and troubleshoot EHR-related issues, ensuring efficient workflows for end users Required qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics Minimum 2 years of experience with EHR technical support, training, and administration preferred Extensive knowledge of computer programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to work remotely and reside in RI, MA, NH, or NY
