About this role

To support a growing operations and quality assurance team, the full-time Clinical Data QA Coordinator will manage EHR-related projects, track daily productivity reports, and establish KPIs while working remotely from RI, MA, NH, or NY. Key responsibilities Collaborate with the QA Manager to review and clean data sets Act as project coordinator for Clinical Quality projects, including establishing KPIs and monitoring compliance Identify and troubleshoot EHR-related issues, ensuring efficient workflows for end users Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years of experience with data analytics Minimum 2 years of EHR technical support, training, and administration experience preferred Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to work remotely and reside in RI, MA, NH, or NY
