About this role

To support a growing operations and quality assurance team, the full-time Clinical Data QA Coordinator will manage EHR-related projects, track daily productivity reports, and establish KPIs while working remotely from RI, MA, NH, or NY. Key responsibilities: Collaborate with the QA Manager to review, quality check, and clean data sets Act as project coordinator for Clinical Quality related projects, including establishing KPIs and monitoring compliance Identify and troubleshoot EHR-related issues, ensuring full resolution and efficient workflows Required qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years of experience with data analytics Minimum 2 years of experience in EHR technical support, training, and administration preferred Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience supporting behavioral health programming
