About this role

Collaborating with the QA Manager, the full-time Clinical Data Quality Coordinator will manage EHR-related projects, track daily productivity reports, and establish KPIs and QA plans while working remotely from RI, MA, NH, or NY. Key responsibilities: Collaborate with the QA Manager to review, quality check, and clean data sets Act as project coordinator for Clinical Quality projects, including establishing KPIs and monitoring compliance Identify and troubleshoot EHR-related issues, ensuring full resolution and efficient workflows Required qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics Minimum 2 years of experience with EHR technical support and administration Extensive knowledge of computer programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience in supporting behavioral health programming is preferred
