CI/CD Operations: Design/maintain automated pipelines for infrastructure and apps. Process & Standards: Build docs, runbooks, change mgmt, incident response. Engineering Support: Partner with teams to enable fast, safe deployments with reliability.

Incident Management: Lead incident response, blameless post-mortems, preventive measures. 🎯 Requirements Cloud Expertise: 5+ yrs AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, ECS, Fargate, IAM, IaC) DevOps/CI-CD: Experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI People Management: Coaching and developing technical team members Process Orientation: Implement operational processes, docs, change mgmt, on-call Security & Compliance: Cloud security, IAM, SOC 2, IaC for audits Communication: Explain complex tech to engineers and non-tech stakeholders
