📋 Description Lead and mentor the IT operations team, establishing clear processes. Own and grow AWS environment with patterns, cost optimization, security, DR. Design and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for infra and apps. Build operational maturity via docs, runbooks, change mgmt, incident response. Partner with engineering to deliver fast, safe deployments with reliability. Lead incident response and post-mortems; implement preventive measures.
