About this role

📋 Description Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and complete cost estimates. Develop bid proposals, RFIs, submittals, and estimating documentation. Review construction drawings, specifications, and bid packages. Estimate grading, site utilities, foundations, structural concrete, slabs, decks, site concrete, and plumbing scopes. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers during the bidding process. Manage estimate revisions and maintain organized project documentation.

🎯 Requirements 2+ years of experience estimating U.S. commercial construction projects. Civil Engineering degree or equivalent estimating experience preferred. Experience estimating grading, concrete, and plumbing projects. Proficiency with PlanSwift, Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff (OST), or similar estimating software. Fluent written and spoken English with excellent communication skills. Able to work full-time during U.S.
