About this role

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Compact Licensed Behavioral Health RN will manage patient admissions and transfers, ensuring timely placements and compliance with healthcare regulations while collaborating with various medical teams. Key responsibilities Screen and coordinate patient admissions and transfers from hospitals and clinics Collaborate with intake teams, physicians, and nursing staff to facilitate timely placements Monitor patient flow and track delays to improve access processes and outcomes Required qualifications Active Compact LPN/RN License 3+ years of clinical experience in Behavioral Health or Emergency Department/Critical Care High-speed internet access (minimum: 50 Mbps upload / 100 Mbps download) Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality initiatives Commitment to patient-centered care
