Review subcontractor quotes and finalize estimates. 🎯 Requirements 3-6+ years of construction estimating experience.

Experience estimating US construction projects. Proficiency with Bluebeam, STACK, PlanSwift, OST. Interpret drawings, specifications, and bid documents. Strong understanding of construction means, methods, pricing. Excellent English communication; highly organized; remote-ready.
