About this role

Working remotely on a part-time basis, the Contract Recruiter will provide strategic recruiting support, managing full-cycle recruiting processes and developing sourcing strategies to attract exceptional talent across technology, product, design, and business functions. Key responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruiting processes, including intake, sourcing, screening, and onboarding Partner with hiring managers and clients to define role requirements and develop targeted recruiting strategies Build and maintain candidate pipelines through various sourcing tools and networks, ensuring a strong candidate experience Required qualifications 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in technology, consulting, staffing, or professional services Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes and strong sourcing skills Ability to identify passive candidates and recruit technical and specialized talent Strong consultative approach with experience partnering with executives and hiring managers Proficiency in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment
