About this role

To support corporate growth initiatives, the full-time Corporate Development Counsel will manage the legal aspects of M&A and strategic investments, including structuring, negotiating, and closing transactions in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Structure, draft, and negotiate transaction documents for acquisitions and investments Lead the legal due diligence process and coordinate with internal specialists Provide strategic legal advice to the Corporate Development team and business leaders Required qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school with active state bar membership Minimum of 4 years of relevant legal experience focused on M&A Expertise in corporate law, contract law, and securities law Experience in drafting and negotiating complex transaction agreements Familiarity with contract lifecycle management tools or legal technology is a plus
