About this role

Supporting the Corporate HQ remotely, the full-time salaried Corporate Development Counsel will manage legal aspects of M&A and strategic investment activities, including structuring, negotiating, and overseeing due diligence processes while collaborating with senior leadership and various business teams. Key responsibilities Structure, draft, and negotiate key transaction documents for acquisitions and investments Lead and manage the end-to-end legal due diligence process, coordinating with internal specialists Serve as the primary legal advisor to the Corporate Development team, providing strategic advice on deal structures and negotiation strategies Required qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school with active state bar membership At least 4 years of relevant legal experience, particularly in M&A, with hands-on experience in drafting and negotiating complex agreements Expertise in corporate law, contract law, and securities law Experience at a law firm in its M&A/Corporate practice is strongly preferred Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in high-pressure situations
