About this role

To support a growing Healthcare Practice Group, the full-time salaried CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare will perform audits, reviews, and compilations for healthcare clients, while managing client engagements from start to finish, either from a New England office or remotely. Key responsibilities Manage client engagements, including planning, executing, and completing financial audits Develop and maintain strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and provide business improvement recommendations Supervise and mentor associates and interns on audit processes while participating in key audit meetings Required qualifications BS/MS degree in Accounting or related field 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience CPA or a desire to obtain CPA certification with firm support Excellent analytical and auditing skills Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
