To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time salaried CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare will manage client engagements from planning to completion, focusing on audits for senior living and hospital clients, while working remotely or from one of the New England offices. Key responsibilities Perform client engagements, including planning, executing, and completing financial audits while managing budgets Develop and maintain strong client relationships and provide recommendations for business improvements Supervise and mentor associates and interns, assessing their performance during engagement reviews Required qualifications BS/MS degree in Accounting or related field 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience CPA certification or a desire to obtain CPA with firm support Strong analytical and auditing skills with knowledge of relevant rules and standards Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced team environment
