About this role

Seeking a hands-on CPA Licensed Controller, the full-time remote position will manage the integrity and accuracy of accounting and financial operations, including financial reporting, billing, collections, and compliance while partnering closely with company leadership. Key responsibilities Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accurate GAAP financial statements and management reporting Oversee accounting for subscription contracts, including revenue recognition and customer invoicing, while aligning with Sales and Operations Manage cash forecasting, compliance, and the integrity of accounting systems, ensuring effective internal controls and process documentation Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; active CPA strongly preferred Approximately 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including ownership of financial reporting Experience as a Controller or senior accounting leader in a growing software or subscription-based business Strong knowledge of U.S.

GAAP and ASC 606 revenue recognition Direct experience with billing, accounts receivable, payroll accounting, and external audits
