About this role

Detail-oriented and dedicated, the part-time Credentialing Coordinator will manage end-to-end provider credentialing processes, ensuring compliance and readiness for clinicians to deliver care in a remote telehealth environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end credentialing for providers from intake through approval Track credentialing workflows and progress using JIRA Perform primary source verification and conduct sanction screenings to ensure compliance Required Qualifications: 2+ years of provider credentialing experience, preferably in telehealth or multi-state environments Strong understanding of primary source verification and healthcare compliance requirements Experience with credentialing platforms, with a preference for Modio Ability to manage multiple providers and deadlines effectively Excellent organizational skills and experience working in cross-functional teams
