About this role

CTS Analyst Mindbox Sp. z o.o. Daily tasks: - Provide technical support for employees via the Service Desk platform, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. - Maintain and manage devices to ensure security and compliance with remote and enterprise policies. - Execute tasks and projects designed to improve security and operational efficiency. - Work closely with teams such as Service Management, Security, Engineering, and HR to maintain technology performance.

- Create and maintain accurate asset records and operational documentation. - Identify opportunities for automation and workflow improvements, helping scale operations. - Ensure systems conform to internal security policies, privacy regulations, and best practices. Musts: macOS, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, Jira, Confluence, SSO, Security, Communication skills Technical knowledge in administration of tools and platforms such as: Jamf Pro, macOS Administration, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management), and SSO Management.

Understanding of Information Security fundamentals and security controls. Self-driven learner with an ability to adapt quickly and collaborate effectively in agile environments . Ability to analyze and automate processes using workflow automation tools. Strong prioritization and decision-making skills, with a positive, service-oriented attitude. Excellent communication skills for clear and effective messaging across teams .
