Customer Service with Danish TP Poland Sp. z o.o. Daily tasks: - Providing technical support to equipment users via incoming calls.​ - Diagnose and resolve technical problems. - Providing information on products and their functionality. - Entering requests into the system. - Fluency in Danish (C1). - Excellent command of English (B2) . - Basic knowledge of household appliances (i.e. refrigerator, washing machine, TV).
