Customer Service with Swedish​ TP Poland Sp. z o.o. Daily tasks: - Provide technical support to equipment users. - Diagnose and resolve technical problems. - Providing information on products and their functionality. - Entering requests into the system. - Fluency in Swedish. - Very good command of English. - Basic knowledge of household appliances (i.e. refrigerator, washing machine, TV). - Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard.

- Preferred availability of around 120 hours per month; Project operates within hours Mon–Fri 8:00–17:00 , with scheduling depending on your availability. Customer Service with Swedish Hi! We support customers of one of the largest manufacturers of home appliances/ RTV equipment.. We are growing and looking for consultants who are enthusiastic and committed to serving customers. What we offer: 🤝​ - Civil contract with a rate of PLN: on-site mode: 58,00 gross/h or full remote mode: 53,00 gross/h​.

- Bonus system: after reaching the appropriate tenure and KPIs, +2 PLN gross per hour, then +4 PLN gross. - If you choose the on-site mode: ​the possibility of switching to hybrid work after gaining independence, and good performance.
