Daily tasks: - Handling inbound customer calls in Czech. - Supporting customers with: technical issues, account-related questions, subscriptions and payments. 💎​Our requirements: Czech (C1+) and English (B2) proficiency. Good computer skills and the ability to multitask. Positive, proactive attitude towards customers. Confidence when speaking on the phone.

Availability for an 11-day training (schedule organized by the company) – fully remote and paid. Availability within service hours (11:00–19:00, 7 days a week​), schedule agreed individually.
