Data & Agile Delivery Analyst Ework Group Daily tasks: - Data Analyst Responsibilities - Participate in data and finance-related projects delivered on cloud platforms - Support data validation and ensure delivered data meets business quality expectations - Contribute to data modeling activities (e.g. logical and dimensional models) - Analyze financial datasets and support definition of KPIs and business rules - Collaborate with Data Engineers and Product Owner on data requirements and user stories - Assist in identifying data issues and performing root cause analysis - Use basic knowledge of Databricks to verify and analyze data - ________________________________________ - Scrum Master Responsibilities - Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective) - Support the team in following Agile and Scrum practices - Remove team impediments and escalate risks when needed - Support backlog refinement together with Product Owner - Foster collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement - Track basic delivery metrics (e.g.

sprint progress, velocity) Musts: SQL, PowerBI, Jira , Azure DevOps, Databricks Experience working with data (preferably financial data) Understanding of data validation and data modeling concepts Strong SQL knowledge Advanced Power BI Basic working knowledge of Databricks for data verification Experience working in Agile teams Familiarity with Scrum framework - nice to have Experience with tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps Strong communication and collaboration skills Experience We are looking for at least 4 years of experience in the data area.

Hybrid work schedule - work from office 2x week (as of now, may be changed in the future) Location - Wroclaw
