About this role

Leading the AI governance program, the full-time salaried Data & AI Governance Lead will manage end-to-end use-case intake, risk assessment, and the establishment of data governance standards while working remotely. Key responsibilities Own and operate the AI governance program, including use-case intake, risk triage, and governance council sessions Author and evolve AI governance standards and frameworks to align with regulatory changes and best practices Measure adherence to data governance standards and partner with operational teams to ensure compliance and quality of data used in AI systems Required qualifications 5-7 years of experience in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), with at least 2 years in AI/ML governance Experience with AI and data governance frameworks, including risk management and oversight of data flows Proven ability to build and operate AI use-case intake and risk-scoring processes Strong analytical and writing skills for developing governance standards and executive reporting Familiarity with healthcare data regulations, including HIPAA and PHI handling
