About this role

As a key member of the People Analytics team, the full-time remote Data Analyst - People will shape strategic decisions through advanced modeling and analysis, focusing on workforce intelligence and financial themes while extracting actionable insights from data. Key responsibilities: Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization Execute the People Analytics roadmap by supporting prioritized projects in Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Workforce Planning, and Employee Listening Engage in hands-on People Analytics projects, including data wrangling and preparing people-related financial data Required qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role is preferred A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a relevant field Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience is preferred Basic understanding of data management and analysis Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements in a fast-paced environment
