About this role

As a key member of the People Analytics team, the full-time Data Analyst - People will work remotely to shape strategic decisions through advanced modeling and analysis, focusing on workforce intelligence and financial themes. Key responsibilities Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap, prioritizing projects related to Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning Engage in hands-on People Analytics projects, including data wrangling and preparing people-related financial data Required qualifications 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role preferred A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience is preferred Basic understanding of data management and analysis Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
