About this role

As a key member of the People Analytics team, the full-time remote Data Analyst - People will shape strategic decisions through advanced modeling and analysis, focusing on workforce intelligence and financial themes while extracting actionable insights from data. Key responsibilities: Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap, focusing on projects related to Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning Engage in diverse People Analytics projects, including data wrangling and preparation of people-related financial reports Required qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role preferred A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field Experience with Python or R; SQL experience preferred Basic understanding of data management and analysis Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
