About this role

To support a growing People Analytics team, the full-time remote Data Analyst - People will be responsible for shaping strategic decisions through advanced modeling and analysis, translating workforce needs into actionable insights, and engaging with various stakeholders to drive informed decision-making. Key responsibilities Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with individuals across the organization Execute the People Analytics roadmap by supporting prioritized projects in Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning Prepare and analyze people-related financial data, such as labor capitalization reports, while engaging with team members at all levels Required qualifications 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role is preferred A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience is preferred Basic understanding of data management and analysis Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
