About this role

To support a growing People Analytics team, the full-time remote Data Analyst - People will be responsible for translating people needs into actionable insights, executing projects related to talent acquisition and workforce planning, and preparing people-related financial data. Key responsibilities: Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various stakeholders Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap, focusing on prioritized projects Engage in various People Analytics projects, including data wrangling and analysis of labor capitalization reports Required qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role preferred A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience preferred Basic understanding of data management and analysis Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
